Peruvian mango exports surpass $146 million the first bimester of 2023

 

 

The volume of Peruvian fresh mango exports in the first bimester of 2023 increased, while value remained almost still, comparing to the same term of 2022. 

In January and February 2023, the country exported 136.672.035 kilos of the fruit worth $146.404.361, informs Agrodata Perú.

In the same term of 2022, Peru shipped 122.737.770 kilos of mangoes for $147.071.113.

In the first two months of 2023, the main destination for said supplies was the United States (40% of total value), followed by the Netherlands (28%), Korea (7%), the United Kingdom (5%), Belgium (4%), Spain (4%), Canada (4%), France (2%), and Chile (1%), among other countries.
