The lamb's lettuce sector is running out of steam
Facing a decrease in the French lamb's lettuce consumption and a fall in exports to Germany, a Euro 550 000 budget has been released to boost the sector in the Nantes region. Indeed, the Val Nantais produces 90% of the French lamb's lettuce salad.
