Moroccan minister of Foreign Trade came in Poland to present the various plans set up as " Green Morocco " or " Morocco Export More ", and called 2 countries to strengthen their economic and commercial partnership.
This partnership could make of Morocco the platform for Poland on the region Africa, Middle East and Southern Europe, thanks to the various agreements of free exchange signed by Morocco; and make of Poland the platform for Morocco on the region the Eastern Europe.
The third day of this visit was marked by the inauguration of the sale of Moroccan fresh fruits and vegetables on TESCO. This operation will allow selling 1.500 tons of fruits and vegetables on 328 selling points of TESCO in Poland, among which 56 are supermarkets.
TESCO is an international group of distribution based mainly in the United Kingdom, in Ireland and in the Eastern Europe. It is the 1st group of British distribution (2205 stores in United Kingdom in 2008) and the 3rd world group.
The objective is to carry the volume of this operation in 5.000 tons by a few months, and conversations would be scheduled to widen this experience in the other selling points of TESCO in Europe.
